#OE324 is participating in a number of events around Michigan to celebrate Labor Day 2022!
Detroit: Labor Day Picnic at the Detroit Hall, 1550 Howard St., Detroit MI 48216 from 11am-1pm.
Food and T-shirts will be available.
There is no Detroit parade this year
Escanaba: Parade at noon down Ludington Street. Celebration to take place at the Municipal Dock immediately following parade.
Mackinac Bridge: The staging area for the Labor Day Picnic and Bridge Walk is at Alexander Henry Park next to (east) the bridge entrance and Colonial Michilimackinac park on the city’s north end. The picnic will begin at 10:00 am with lunch at 11:00 am. There will be hot dogs and chips, along with soda and water served at the picnic. For those who plan on walking the bridge, please meet at the 324 banner at the Alexander Henry Park entrance, so you can walk in groups with members. The walk starts at 7:00 am and you can walk from the south side, halfway across the bridge, turn around and return to the same place eliminating the need for bussing. Walkers will start from St. Ignace and Mackinac City. Walkers will start at 7:00 am and walk to the center, turn around and return.
Muskegon: Parade participants must arrive between 10:00 am and 10:30 am rain or shine. Lineup will be at 486 West Western Ave. Food, drinks and shirts will be provided.
